Turkish Airlines, Europe’s leading airline, has introduced the FLYING CHEF service on its Mumbai-Istanbul- Mumbai route. Delivering a restaurant like experience, exhaustive menu and a delectable array of dishes, the service caters to the business class passengers flying the Mumbai-Istanbul route. The carefully crafted menus will be rotated regularly in order to provide new options for frequent travelers, every time they fly Turkish Airlines.
Under FLYING CHEF, all business class passengers will be greeted with a choice of welcome drinks as soon as they board the aircraft. To add to the on-board bar experience, guests can choose from a variety of cocktails as well as selected assortments of Turkish and International beers and wines. Traditional Turkish tea and coffee will also be available on board.
This would be followed by a rich selection of hors d’oeuvres. Multiple cuisines including Indian will be available on all international flights and the guests will be offered a choice of sweet delights post meals which includes an assortment of fruit, cheese and sweets. All meals & beverages will be served on custom designed porcelain dishes & glassware with meal service varying in style and content depending on the flight length and departure time.
